For a seamless user experience across different Cisco platforms and to comply with Cisco Infosec requirements, we have recently transitioned our authentication to Cisco ID. Now, you can authenticate using your Cisco.com ID linked with the same email address used in the CTF platform. All your existing CTF game progress is saved and remains unchanged.

It's very simple. Please sign up once on Cisco.com using the same email address you used on the CTF platform. After logging in with that account, you will be able to access your CTF Events just as before, including any ongoing CTF Events that you may have partially played.

No worries, there are two options:

1. Keep your CTF Platform email address: If you want to retain your email address as it is on the CTF platform, you can register a new account on Cisco.com using the same email address. When you log in through Cisco.com with the new account you created, you will be able to see your existing CTF games, just as before.
2. Update your CTF Platform email address: If you prefer to update your email address in the CTF platform to match the email address used in your existing Cisco.com ID, simply send us an email at [email protected]. We will update your email address on the CTF platform. After that when you will log in through your existing Cisco.com account, you will be able to see your existing CTF games, just as before.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to play CTF, but participation is on an invitation-only basis. You need a CTF Event Join Link to join a CTF Event. Your CTF Game Host will provide you with the CTF Event join link.
